The event was held on September 19, 2025, at the Windsor Florida Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, organized by SOBENA. BiLi Eventos e Projetos led the coordination of all aspects of the event, ensuring that it was carried out efficiently, in an organized manner, and aligned with the association's expectations.
