SBCI Graduation Ceremony 2025

Producing an event with social impact and celebrating transformative journeys

BiLi Eventos was responsible for the executive production of the graduation ceremony of the Brazilian Society of English Culture (SBCI), held on February 28, 2026, in the Noble Hall of the Monte Líbano Club, in Rio de Janeiro. SBCI is a non-profit institution dedicated to promoting English culture and language teaching, with activities focused exclusively on granting full scholarships. Since its early years, the project has impacted thousands of young people: approximately 15,000 scholarships have been granted, more than 3,600 students have graduated from the basic course and approximately 840 from the advanced course, maintaining an average of 3,000 active scholarship recipients. The ceremony celebrated the graduation of 288 students, who were present alongside their families and guests, bringing together an audience of approximately 600 people in a moment of great academic and social significance.

Our Role
- Confirmation management and RSVP control
- Planning and overall coordination of the ceremony
- Supplier curation and contracting
- Creation and application of the visual identity (backdrop, banners, and materials)
- Stage setup and ambiance, floral decoration production
- Accreditation operation
- Organization and distribution of certificates and gifts
- Coordination of projection, sound, and photography

The result was a fluid, elegant, and emotionally memorable ceremony, reflecting the transformative impact of education and reinforcing BiLi Eventos' ability to deliver institutional events with excellence, sensitivity, and a high level of organization.
